We integrate directly to existing HVAC or BMS system, which allows us to both collect data of the environment inside the building and adjust HVAC settings remotely.

We collect data for at least 1 month to create a building simulation (substitutes energy audit), which will show preliminary optimisation results, train arloid AI and create a monthly based energy consumption baseline that considers seasonality.
