Sales Development Representative (SDR)

To drive Arloid sales activities through generation of qualified sales leads.

Main functions:

  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements to start the sales cycle;
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan, including email and call scripts;
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums;
  • Qualify and engage sales leads, supplying leads with adequate information about Arloid solution and providing the sales team with detailed information about the lead;
  • Schedule appointments, demos and introduce leads to their new point of contact;
  • Support commercial team on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts;
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant discipline;
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, inside sales or business development;
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills;
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly;
  • Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer;
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships;
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection;
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.
