Customer Success Manager

To do that, we are looking for an ambitious and highly energetic person who wants to become an essential part of a very ambitious global AI start-up.

Mission:

To make sure that current Arloid customers are happy with the adopted solution and ready to work with us for a very long time.

Main functions:

  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of solution end users, as well as post go-live support;
  • Provide ongoing product support and collaborate with the R&D and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues raised by customer;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities;
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Arloid advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies);
  • Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvement;
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
  • 2+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company;
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills;
  • Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly;
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships;
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.
